Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical)We are a Dermatology clinic and surgery centre looking for a Medical Admin/Receptionist role to be part of our team. This is a full-time role 32 hours per week commencing ASAP.We are looking for a person with exceptional communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, great work ethic, and a team player. Your daily responsibilities will include:Making patient bookings, and handling patient enquiries via phone and emailAssisting with smooth running of clinic sessions for dermatologistsInvoicing, and processing claimsPrevious experience in professional services or medical environment, and knowledge of practice management systems would be an advantage. The clinic is fast-paced and busy therefore we are looking for someone who can work under pressure.We are based in New Plymouth CBD.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have previous invoicing experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Reception Role?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
