It's expected that this knowledge is used to develop clients' media maturity, train your team and share knowledge more broadly to level up the organization.Provide leadership and strategic oversight on priority accounts within your patch. This also includes establishing senior client relationships and being the path of escalation for all client matters.Supporting your team in paid media projects delivery and client servicing whether that be media management and/or consultative services whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of output.Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Engineering, Sales and Business Ops Teams on ad-hoc projects.Identifying business opportunities and partnerships, growing relationships in depth and breadth.Accountability of your team's adherence to Media.Monks administrative processes.Helping to strategize and improve our account management teams' processes and operations in collaboration with other Media Directors.Commercial and financial ownership of assigned account list. This includes, but not limited to, forecasting and accurate revenue reporting as well as client commercial growth.Communicate the Media.Monks Vision and philosophy effectively externally and internally, including participation in sales pitches.Systematically prioritize between client and internal needs, sometimes balancing competing priorities from different internal stakeholders.What you bring to it:5+ years experience in online advertising, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company.People management experience is preferred.A deep and thorough understanding of paid media services and the wider industry.Technical expertise with the in-scope technology solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead in-person client meetings.Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.Skilled, process-based thinker that can help teams problem solve for technical escalations.Expert written and verbal communication for internal and external purposes.Ability to give feedback on product demonstrations/alphas and betas from platform engineering teams.Experience in account management, including opportunity identification.Commitment to career mentorship, both at and beyond Media.Monks.Ability to lead and work with many different personality types.Knowledge of advertising technologies (Ad Serving, Rich Media, RTB, Ad Exchanges, Search Engines, DSP's, SSP's and DMP's).Advanced DV360, CM, Amazon, GA360, Creative, and Search knowledge and ability to effectively.About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
