The commitment and investment that Hearts & Science will make towards your internship is significant, and as such we expect you to capitalise on all training made available to you. You will be taught, via internal training workshops and on the job training, to be knowledgeable in digital and traditional media and as a result you will be expected to work across all these channels. As your knowledge increases you will interact with media owners and gradually, under guidance, take on planning and buying responsibilities. Media Assistants play a vital role in providing support to the broader team across all facets of planning management, from reporting through to stakeholder management. Every single task conducted needs to be completed with accuracy, high levels of attention to detail and with collaboration at the forefront.
