Mechanical Technician

Company benefits Base Salary + Over Time + 4 Day Working Week.
Description $30-35 p/hr Based on Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in yarn production machinery, including spinning frames, carding machines, and winding machines.
Inspect and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Adjust and calibrate machines for optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Mechanical Trades Qualification.
Proven experience as a mechanical maintenance technician, preferably in a yarn or textile manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, gas boilers, pressure vessels, and conveyor systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
