Mechanical Supervisor Location: South West England, Dorset, Bournemouth Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Job Duration: 12 Months  Primary Industry: Engineering Secondary Industry: Construction Salary: £375.00 - £400.00 Per day (Inside Scope) Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage and allocate resources effectively Oversee quality control procedures Provide technical guidance and support to the team Monitor project progress and report to senior management Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or construction industry Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations Familiarity with project management principles Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Project Management Experience working on large-scale construction projects Working Conditions: Fast-paced work environment Frequent travel to project sites required Potential exposure to hazardous materials Occasional weekend and evening work may be necessary Please contact Harry Sharrard at Anderselite for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr
