This is a senior position for someone able to work unsupervised and ideally lead a team of 3-7 people.
You'll fit right in if you offer: A Level 4 trade qualification as a Fitter Turner, Fitter Machinist or equivalent.
Heavy Rotating Equipment / Industrial Plant maintenance experience in power generation sector or workshop management Hydropower maintenance experience will allow you to hit the ground running Natural leadership with strong engagement and communication skills Commitment to safe working practices and quality procedures Flexibility to work extended and flexible hours as and when required - including periodic work outside of Taupo The Role: Joining an experienced team performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, refurbishment and general engineering in geothermal and hydro power generation, you'll be working with turbines, heavy rotating equipment, cranage, valves, pumps, fans, heat exchangers etc.
