Mechanical Fitter

Our client is an engineering specialist who is looking for qualified Mechanical Fitters to join their team based in Dunedin.The work is varied and involves the manufacture and assembly of new machinery and overhauls of existing machinery for their valued clients.Skills and Experience required:Qualified mechanical fitter, with ideally 5+ years' experienceHydraulic and Pneumatic experience an advantageUnderstanding of mechanical systems, technical drawings and assembly proceduresBe confident in working with a range of mechanical toolsAbout You:Good computer literacy and skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work in a team-based environmentExcellent health and safety focused attitudePhysically fit and ableHave recent work referencesCurrently residing in and eligible to work permanently in NZ.
