We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our experienced mechanical team as a shift Fitter.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals experienced in a medium to heavy industry, with mechanical fitter experience.
Working 12.25 hour shift-work on a roster of four on, four off (two days, two nights) as a minimum, your skills and expertise will support in the 24 hour manufacturing of Medium Density Fiberboard.

The skills that will ensure your success in this role are; At a minimum, you will hold an Mechanical Trade Certificate;Ideally manufacturing or continuous production experience;Proven fault finding and analysis skills;Strong mechanical, machining and welding skills;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally; Understand the importance of a Customer Focused attitude;A safety focus with a commitment to working in a safe manner to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.
We have a free shift bus that travels to and from Invercargill each day.
