The Company: Established, locally-owned MEP consulting firm with a strong pipeline of work Tight-knit team with a collaborative environment Reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable designs for the New Zealand building services market CBD Fringe location The Role: You will be responsible for developing innovative and energy-efficient mechanical systems for buildings across various sectors with responsibilities including; The design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and related systems Analyse project requirements, perform load calculations, sizing equipment, creating system schematics and layouts using Revit and other design tools Work closely with other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical services into the overall building design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability targets. About You: 3-7 years' experience in the New Zealand building services market Proven design capabilities with various HVAC systems Skilled in Revit, Carrier HAP, and other industry software Experience across sectors like commercial, industrial, hospitality Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members are essential for success in this role.
