The purpose of this role is to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices, and profit in the restaurant.Your key responsibilities will include supervising employees to ensure that the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. You will engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Maccas Experience to life on every shift.You will also ensure compliance with safety and security standards to create a safe working environment for our employees and customers.In addition to supervising employees, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in coordinating the various functions and systems that are critical to the success of the restaurant.To be successful in this role you will:Be a strong leader who can provide clear direction, coaching, and support to the team.Be an excellent communicator who motivates and inspires their team to achieve the desired results while having fun!Be a proficient Assistant Restaurant Manager who can effectively implement systems in their department.Have a "can-do" attitude with the ability to create a positive and productive work environment.Successful applicants must be able to work a range of different shifts Monday to Sunday, including overnights, as this restaurant operates 24/7.Qualifications:The minimum qualification required is McDonald's Assistant Restaurant Management training of EMP or Department Manager (CEM, PPM, PQM) or above.
