In this role you would be responsible for the ad operations product delivered by MBM, providing leading edge thinking to both clients, and the broader team. This role works directly with the Digital Account Management team, implementing best practice ad operations activity with a view to delivering excellent measurable outcomes for clients.The role is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our MBM offices at 317 New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland.The salary for this role will be $60,000 - $65,000 NZD.Key responsibilities:Account ManagementDevelop proactive initiatives specific to client needs.Liaise with the Digital Account Manager and Biddable Specialist through campaign implementation and in-market.Support the Digital Account Management teams in their client relationships via active account management, attendance at WIP, actions and minute follow up and delivery of initiatives as agreed.Platforms and PerformanceChampioning the use of adservers to accurately track and measure campaign performance.Develop an understanding of the use of programmatic media platforms and measurements within the agency.Establishment and maintenance of best practice campaign management across both Implementation.Develop an in-depth, and independent understanding of best practice across the Implementation discipline.Implementation, Optimisation, and ReportingTake hands on ownership of all client activity within a client portfolio, working with a Biddable Specialist.Implement all ad operations tasks using established best practices.Monitor the campaign performance to ensure optimum results for clients.Implement other campaign changes as required by the client or other partners.Team CollaborationCoach and mentor junior members of MBM's Biddable and Implementation team.About youMinimum 1.5 years of experience in an implementation role in a media agency and experience working with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360.Additional informationPublicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
