Qualifications & experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience at an account manager level. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong negotiation skills with diverse personalities and stakeholders. Dedication to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations. Experience in project managing client contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Experience in the health industry is a plus but not required. Tasks & responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers and leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and leads to understand their needs. Be an expert on our capabilities, service offerings, and products. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Promote our latest innovations and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet customers' long-term goals. Collaborate with the sales manager to strengthen business relationships with key accounts. Identify opportunities for revenue growth from existing customers and new business prospects.
