Our team is in search of an enthusiastic individual to become a part of our night shift crew.

About the Role Ensuring product quality by adhering to training and operating procedures. Loading raw materials and operating PVC mixing and extrusion equipment. Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge. Maintaining a positive and flexible work approach. Accurately recording weigh-ups and production output. Operating equipment to meet company's output and scrap metrics. About You Sound understanding of product/raw material handling and processing. Industry experience in a production facility preferably one that has involved extruders, compounders, or mixers. Effective communication and decision-making skills. Forklift licence (would be advantageous). Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Excel. Why Join Us?
