This position reports to Global Planning & Fulfillment Manager Your role and responsibilities You will be mainly accountable for: • Segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy • Defining inventory policies according to this segmentation • Calculating and maintaining in the planning systems and the ERPs inventory parameters such as safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time and replenishment strategies • Collaborating with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), quality, lead-time and flexibility. You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You have 0 -2 years of experience in materials planning, sourcing and / or logistics Possess knowledge of integrated ERP systems specifically SAP is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel You are passionate about working in multi-task environment. You demonstrated analytical skills, ability to achieve results with minimal supervision, strong time management and organization skills. You have strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree with experience in materials planning, sourcing and / or logistics. Knowledge about Six Sigma Belt certification preferred You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken Legal authorization for future travel or work in the US and New Zealand What's in it for you?
