Mo Tenei Turanga Mahi - About the Role
You will deliver quality teaching and learning to learners enrolled in the Level 5 NZ Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage and the Level 6 NZ Diploma in Remedial Massage portfolio of programmes.
Preference will be given to applicants with level 7 related qualifications and/or teaching experience.
Nga Pukenga Me Nga Wheako - Skills and Experience
Level 7 massage therapy or level 6 with level 7 in a related field
Teaching experience
Current industry/discipline knowledge
Demonstrated industry experience of at least 6 years with one year directly current to the application
Strong network of industry contacts
Skills in all aspects of massage therapy
Vision, innovation, and a commitment to facilitating own and others' learning.
Sound professional judgment and integrity
Friendly and approachable manner
Passionate about the massage therapy industry and the opportunities to improve practice.
Willing to commit to the Academic Staff Capability Framework and Policy Framework for Teaching and Learning
