OverviewThe role requires a very confident communicator and a motivated self-starter with strong administration skills, industry nous and some basic digital marketing experience. The ideal person is a natural ambassador, front person with energy who may have done work experience in an agency, retail or client or customer facing environment and is looking to launch there career post study. Someone excited by meeting new people daily, with true talent in their field while helping them progress in their careers through the Pond Recruitment. This is a newly established internal role that is key within The Pond business and its future growth plans and would suit someone looking at a career move into Marketing, HR, Recruitment or People Management. The ideal person will work closely with a team of six recruitment agents helping drive and administer top talent acquisition and retention strategies, talent and candidate services, some marketing and other initiatives associated with attracting and retaining the most premium talent residing or moving to NZ. Day to day tasks fall into a few key areas: 1. Talent & Candidate Ambassador Calling and booking interviews for the various candidates who register weeklyAudit and review talent daily and enter their details into an internal systemRun weekly WIP's with the senior recruitment agentsIdentify gold star prospects through weekly registrations and vettingResearch and manage candidate information, CV's and building candidate profilesPresent new prospects to recruitment agents2. Talent & Candidate Acquisition & Retention Marketing Run simple acquisition practice, drawing in the best talent into the business.Run live retention activities with the Live represented freelance contractorsPresent & sell The Pond model as the first contact point in the industryWriting articles on key talent topics3. E-mail, Database & Website Marketing Manage, build and segment weekly EDMs for "hero" talent twice a weekWork with an external writerSecure assets before delivery (photos)Segment e-mail marketing campaignsCompose a report of each campaignWorking with new talent, liaising with and assisting them with their profiles on thepond.netManaging and uploading new content to the website – articles, graphics, and blog posts.4.
