Marketing Specialist – Sealegs International (Full-Time)Sealegs International is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead and drive all aspects of our marketing strategy. This full-time, on-site role is based in Wairau Valley, Auckland, and offers the unique opportunity for a marketing professional to take full ownership of Sealegs' marketing initiatives across traditional, digital, and social media platforms. You will work independently while collaborating with key external stakeholders, providing a range of creative, strategic, and operational support to our marketing and sales functions.The role is diverse, covering everything from event planning to digital marketing, content creation, and video direction, allowing you to make a significant impact on Sealegs' global brand presence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the marketing function, including developing and executing a comprehensive yearly marketing plan that covers key events, activities, budgets, and social/digital media projects.Own all social media platforms and digital content, driving engagement and results.Prepare and distribute high-quality press releases, digital newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.Coordinate and manage external media relationships (print and digital), ensuring effective brand exposure.Oversee the design and setup of exhibition spaces, coordinating materials and logistics for Sealegs sales events, including boat shows and related activities.Organise boat reviews and coordinate with media outlets to feature new products.Assist the NZ and international sales teams with lead allocation, creating tailored marketing materials for events and campaigns.Support the sales team with order creation, entry, and updates, ensuring smooth communication between marketing and sales functions.Aid the Sealegs international dealer network with marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.Support operational tasks, including the preparation of shipping documents and coordination with logistics teams.Creative Direction:Oversee the creation of digital content, including video direction and assets for social media, websites, and promotional materials.Lead creative campaigns that align with the Sealegs brand and mission, pushing the boundaries of innovation.Qualifications and Skills:At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role with broad exposure across traditional, digital, and social media marketing.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven ability to design, create, and execute impactful marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Strong event planning and organisational skills.Expertise in CRM systems, website authoring tools, and SharePoint management.Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.A creative, proactive, and fun attitude towards work.About Sealegs International:Sealegs International Ltd is the world leader in amphibious craft and enablement systems, having delivered over 1800 craft to 52+ countries worldwide.
