Job Description Are you ready to unleash your marketing superpowers? As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing meaningful marketing campaigns that promote Hato Hone St John products and community impact programmes. This is a fixed term parental leave cover until September 2025.
Here's some of what you'll get to do:
Support Marketing Managers to prioritise, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for both the Education and Medical Products and Telecare & Health Services marketing portfolios, adapting plans to meet the unique needs of each area to achieve revenue and impact objectives.
Craft marketing strategies and campaigns that will make our brand shine across all channels (campaign content, including emails, social media posts, and advertisements).
Create annual marketing awareness and engagement activity plans to achieve revenue and engagement objectives for portfolios.
Write captivating content, marketing materials and campaign content, including emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Specialist to coordinate workloads and manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all marketing efforts.
Coordinate with the Marketing Managers to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement of future activity and positioning.

Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desired.
5+ years' experience in relevant field (campaign planning and management, portfolio or product marketing with a focus on education, medical services, or community/social impact sectors).
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign strategies and solutions.
