The marketing specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Oceania Brand Manager in executing comprehensive B2B and B2C brand strategies in the market. This dynamic position encompasses end-to-end campaign management, which includes developing and distributing marketing collateral and brand tools, nurturing strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring our digital platforms are effectively maintained to align with brand objectives and engage our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management:Coordinate and manage brand projects from initial concept through execution, working closely with the Brand Manager to create and implement effective brand tools.Execute key account marketing activities aimed at driving growth and nurturing relationships with significant brand partners.Develop and implement distributor trade marketing plans that align with brand focus areas and support new product launches, ensuring coherence with the overall marketing strategy.B2B & B2C Event Management:Organize and execute tradeshows and promotional events, overseeing all logistics, including stand design and staffing, to achieve brand objectives and enhance market visibility.Digital Marketing and Content Creation:Plan and produce engaging content tailored for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and press releases. Schedule and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all channels.Maintain the e-commerce store by keeping product information up to date, managing stock levels, and optimising site navigation for an improved user experience.Create and sustain accurate and appealing content, including images, recipes, and product descriptions on B2B platforms like RangeMe and Upstock, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy.Performance Analysis:Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and insights to the Oceania Brand Manager and other stakeholders. Highlight successes, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance brand performance.
