Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:

Design and implement marketing strategies that align with the agency's business objectives, focusing on property listings and brand awareness.
Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns.

Campaign Management:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, digital advertising, email newsletters, print media).
Manage content creation for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Oversee the production of promotional materials, including property brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.

Digital Marketing:

Manage and optimize the agency's website and property portals (e.g., Trade Me, Realestate.co.nz) to increase lead generation and web traffic.
Execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for property listings and agency services.
Implement and manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns for new property listings.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and sales goals.
Maintain relationships with third-party service providers (graphic designers, videographers) for marketing collateral production.

Market Research and Reporting:

Conduct market research to identify target demographics and potential buyers for specific properties.
Collaborate with other teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies to the management team.


Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field may substitute for formal qualification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, social media platforms, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, customer behaviors, and digital campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Creativity: Proven experience in developing innovative and effective marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
