Position: Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility through effective marketing strategies. In this role, you will shape and execute campaigns that reflect our commitment to quality and professionalism in the electrical engineering and motor servicing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors within the electrical engineering and motor servicing sectors.
Analyze consumer behavior specific to armature and motor rewinding, as well as the servicing and repair of electric motors, generators, transformers, and related equipment.
Develop targeted marketing strategies that highlight Gouk & Sullivan's unique strengths, including professionalism, exceptional work ethic, and competitive pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing initiatives that showcase the company's specialized services and engineering expertise.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on promoting armature and motor rewinding and electrical equipment servicing.
Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, websites, and email campaigns, emphasizing Gouk & Sullivan's strong reputation for quality and service.
Monitor and optimize online presence to enhance brand awareness, particularly in the electrical engineering and motor servicing industries.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials to reinforce Gouk & Sullivan's professionalism and industry expertise.
Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing objectives that promote Gouk & Sullivan's specialized services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
