What we need
We need help with our content – to include:
Create social media content including videos and infographics
Manage social media and website content calendars and scheduling
Proactively hunt out content opportunities
Upload website content
Write, create and optimise external and internal newsletters
Analyse and report on social media and website metrics
SEO (non-technical)
We also need some brand and marketing support – to include:
Help develop and manage marketing collateral and templates (including marketing copywriting and some desktop publishing)
Ensure brand standards and guidelines are maintained for 3R and all programmes, including by our partners and agencies
Day-to-day campaign management
Develop customer & market research and insights
Use customer & market research & insights to help develop compelling messaging
Image library management
Skills and experience
We're looking for someone with above entry-level experience – someone who is experienced enough to sink their teeth into projects and hit the ground running. Key skills include:
Social media and content creation
Sound written skills and attention to detail
Able to communicate with a range of audiences
Understand SEO and know how to utilise it to its full potential
