If you're ready to work with an amazing group of people who know how to have fun while getting results, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute lead generation strategiesCreate visually appealing marketing materials for both digital advertising and in-house use using brand guidelinesMultiple social media account management, including content scheduling and engagement with followersCollaborate with the team to design promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients, promote properties and find tenantsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content and advertisingMonitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimise strategiesQualifications and Abilities:Design background Strong content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing your workProficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApproachable, receptive to ideas and willing to follow brand guidelines & templatesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with social media marketing and digital advertising strategiesAt Ray White we have loads of amazing systems & technology with the backing from our amazing corporate team to help you make this job a breeze.
