Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)

We're on the lookout for a marketing superstar to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to help us connect our real estate and property management business with our community. If you're ready to work with an amazing group of people who know how to have fun while getting results, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies
Create visually appealing marketing materials for both digital advertising and in-house use using brand guidelines
Multiple social media account management, including content scheduling and engagement with followers
Collaborate with the team to design promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients, promote properties and find tenants
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content and advertising
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies
Qualifications and Abilities:
Design background
Strong content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Approachable, receptive to ideas and willing to follow brand guidelines & templates
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising strategies
