Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our range of imported paper products. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for paper products.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote napkins, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels across various channels.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and develop initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support for customer presentations, trade shows, and promotional events.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results and maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment in messaging and customer satisfaction.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for various marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or paper products industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
