The role will include, but not limited to:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target customers; Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential buyers;Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
Content Creation:Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content; Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners;Manage customer feedback and improve service offerings based on feedback.
Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers;Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional offers and sales strategies.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget;Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies through metrics and data analysis;Prepare regular reports for management, detailing the results and recommendations for future activities.
Other duties may be reasonable required by the business owner.
Job pre-requisites:
At least 3 years relevant working experiences
Bachelor qualification majoring in relevant filed is preferable but not a must
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details and a hard-working attitude;
excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the industry
The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions
Working hours:30-40 hours per week
