We are searching for a proactive and ambitious intermediate-level marketer to join us.The Warehouse Group looks after some of Aotearoa's iconic brands - The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. Retail is more competitive than ever, and we need to bring our A game.Job DescriptionReporting into a Marketing Lead, you will be working in the toys, leisure and tech categories. Toys are our 3rd biggest category, and our famous yearly 'mega toy sale' will play into your role. Hence the impact and scale this position offers is a unique one!A snapshot of your role:Support category plans through marketing campaign development and executionDrive major trading events (such as Toy sale, Back to School) and events to agreed Marketing and Trading calendarEnsure the category teams are supported with impactful marketing activity to drive sales, profitability and brand building in line with the brand strategy, category strategy and trading requirementsWork closely with suppliers and creative, media team, merchandising, operations and omni experience to ensure marketing activities are integrated providing a cohesive customer experienceCollaborate with other Marketing Managers/Leads (i.e. Warehouse Stationery) where dual campaigns are being craftedManage agreed aspects of Marketing A&P budget efficiently across activity to improve effectivenessUse insights to drive data-driven decision-making and craft marketing activityQualificationsWe are looking for a solid operator. Someone who is happy to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in. Retail savvy, keen to grow, reliable and customer centric describe you down to a t. Your marketing background, and trading mindset are an absolute must.
