Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical Services (13 month fixed term)The role We have a 13-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the team to continue to bring our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) services to life and drive our corporate brand development.
You'll have hands-on experience in B2B services marketing and a proven track record of generating MQLs while supporting sales teams to achieve their targets. You'll have a variety of responsibilities, both digital and non-digital, such as running brand awareness campaigns, managing social media, maintaining, and updating websites, and leading the development of thought leadership content and webinars. You'll proactively identify new opportunities to engage and reach our target audience and key decision makers.
You'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, CDMO team members, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy. You will also oversee market research and ensure the CDMO website reflects the brand image and delivers a seamless user experience. As much of this role is self-directed, you'll leverage your eye for detail and consistently deliver work of the highest quality.
You will provide insights to optimise future initiatives and support lead generation initiatives and building out the lead database.
You will make sure our corporate brand is strongly positioned as we move into new markets. This will be around the corporate narrative, brand identity, marketing communications and maintaining consistency. You will also lead the roll-out of a new corporate website, ensuring it aligns with our brand strategy and supports our growth. Additionally, you will advise and guide business leaders on external communications strategy, approaches, tools, channels and tactics.

You will be A strong MARKETER- you have 5-10 years experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a regulated industry and with some exposure to B2B. You have experience in an end-to-end role where you defined brand and strategy, developed campaigns, collateral and copy, and analysed market trends, with a particular focus on service-based marketing.An expert CREATIVE COMMUNICATOR- you will love to talk, listen, write and everything in between. You like to see content that is cohesive, compelling and consistent.A RELATIONSHIP BUILDER- you will be awesomely expert at forging and nurturing relationships and getting people on side, working with people and valuing their expertise. You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies. This is a creative role in a heavily compliant and regulated industry - you will need to work with teams across the business to ensure the copy is right.A GAME CHANGER- you know what's happening in your space, you own it, you are an expert.It goes without saying, you will be a strong communicator, you have project management skills, you know your way around various digital marketing tools and you have experience working in a regulated industry.
