Job Function:

Details of the offer

Parental Leave Cover Contract: through to December 2025
About Auxo Software:
For over three decades, Auxo has been passionately delivering superior software like SAM, Orion, webSAM, and Systime for the Australasian automotive industry. And we've just launched Auxo Workshop – our new world-class SaaS offering!
This is more than just business to us — it's a journey, one we've shared with thousands of loyal customers, some of whom have walked beside us from the very beginning. Our unyielding commitment to quality and service drives us, and has led SAM and Orion to power 50% of workshops and 40% of dealerships in New Zealand. In 2021, we embarked on a new chapter when we were acquired by the Motor Trade Association (MTA) – talk about being in good hands!
Our vision is clear: to stand tall as the go-to automotive software supplier in Australasia.
Role Overview
Would you class yourself as a bit of a marketing nerd? Relish the tech and the analytical side of marketing as much as the creative? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to cover parental leave. This role is pivotal in delivering our marketing strategy, driving growth and increasing brand equity across all our products in NZ and Australia.
If you're a pragmatic, creative, systems thinker with a strong background in SaaS marketing, having helped scale up other kiwi SaaS organisations, you might just fit the bill. A deep understanding of digital marketing and mar tech – our primary tools are Hubspot, WordPress and Intercom – and a flair for improving systems and processes as we scale up is vital. Experience in marketing to Australia a plus. As well as SaaS marketing skills, you're comfortable supporting sales and driving growth for all our products, including enterprise tools.
It's a role where you span planning and delivery and, although you're a big picture thinker, you're also happy rolling your sleeves up to get on the tools. We're low hierarchy and it's a small team so if you're someone who can be adaptable, practical and get things done, you'll be right at home.
Enjoy our flexible working: you'll spend some days a week at our Penrose office, where free parking awaits like a VIP pass, and you can also spend some days working from home.
What We Offer:
Flexible working arrangements (hybrid)
A collaborative and supportive work environment
The chance to make a real impact in a growing company
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing plan: Evolve, adapt and implement Auxo Software marketing plan to achieve company goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, retention and awareness.
Lead generation and nurturing: Manage and optimise lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, events, and paid advertising.
Digital marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our website. Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages our target audience, with support from Marketing Assistant.
Analytics and reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and ensure a slick, collaborative go-to-market strategy.
Budget management: Manage the marketing budget, to achieve maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
Analytical mindset: Ability to analyse data, derive actionable insights, and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Application requirements:

Get in the fast lane because we're reviewing applications on the fly – the sooner, the better. Craft a submission that truly shines. We're eager to see your masterpiece!
