We're looking for a Marketing Manager - Media & Planning to join our Brand & Marketing team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Chapter Lead. Joining our Brand Media & Planning Chapter you'll be responsible for optimising paid media strategies, improving marketing performance, and fostering seamless collaboration across different channels and teams. About the Role | Mo te Turanga Responsible for the development of 1PD Usage across Paid media, collaborating with Content in Owned channels. Responsible for the development of reporting templates and dashboards to track marketing campaign performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors such as media and advertising agencies. Collaborate with our Content team and support on Paid, Earned and Owned Strategies. Regular meetings with stakeholders to understand what is going on in their worlds to enable a connected view of the business that can be brought back into Marketing. To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: Experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google & Meta). Experience with using first-party data for marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as media and advertising agencies. Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques to continually improve campaign performance. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
