Join The Pure Food Co, a high-growth, Kiwi-founded business that's changing the game in aged care and healthcare nutrition!We're on a mission to solve a crucial problem: seniors need more protein, and we're here to deliver it in innovative, delicious ways.Our turnkey nutrition system is making waves across NZ, Australia, and Europe, supporting healthier ageing, and helping people get more from life.We are looking for someone who is passionate about building brands and engaging with a B2B audience.Role Purpose:Reporting to the Marketing & Innovation Director, the Marketing Manager will play an important role managing our communications, building the brand with potential new customers and helping us change the game in aged care nutrition.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives aimed at changing perceptions around nutrition for better aging.Plan, execute and oversee management of agencies and suppliers, including Social Media, Thought Leadership, SEO, Graphic Design, PR, Web Development, and CRM/Marketing Automation.Continually monitor performance and optimise strategies as required.Manage events and conferences across New Zealand and Australia, identifying the best opportunities to grow brand visibility and connect with customers.Oversee our Learning Management System to ensure that more carers receive the training and development they need to deliver the best care and meal experiences possible.Develop marketing collateral, working with Sales to identify materials and tools for customers (e.g., product brochures, GTM materials).Execute marketing GTM strategies for new product launches.Manage our Public Relations maximising relevant coverage and impressions.
Review activity to ensure ROI delivery.We're looking for someone who has:A passion for marketing, testing new ideas and continuously improving our marketing performance.A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and managing comprehensive campaigns from inception to completion.Possesses in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, specifically LinkedIn (organic and paid), SEO, and CRM marketing automation.Have a strong background in B2B marketing and experience building a meaningful brand that engages with our many audiences.We'll give you the autonomy to drive results.
