You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, enhance brand presence, deliver market leading events, and ensure the continued success of our marketing efforts. This position is supported by a Marketing Coordinator and reports to the Managing Director.This role can be part-time, but the person is required to be working at the office, during business operating hours of 8.30am to 5pm. Contract to commence early 2025 for 10-months.Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.Create, plan and deliver market leading internal and trade events.Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, social media, email), print, events, and partnerships.Collaborate with the product and sales teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and content.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support campaign initiatives.Ensure the marketing coordinator is always up to date with the maintenance of the company's website.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a marketing manager role.Strong ability to create good quality written and design concepts from a brief that may not be fully formulated yet – the ability to add your vision to the brief for a commercial edge to the creation of marketing material.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software, etc.).Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail and a proactive approach.Experience in team leadership and cross-department collaboration.A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a passion for marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-7 years of experience in marketing manager role (or equivalent experience).Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.About the company:Lusty & Blundell is a market leader distributing high quality marine (electronics, fluid handling, pumps etc.) and non-marine (clean energy and charging solutions) products.
