Our Wellington based office is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team!
This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on multitasking and making things happen.
Take the reins of our marketing function, executing daily activities while delivering long-term strategy.
You'll collaborate with top-tier external agencies specialising in general and digital marketing to elevate our brand and drive success.
This role covers a broad spectrum of marketing responsibilities, including digital marketing, design, brand management and sponsorships, campaign execution, internal and external communications and ensuring content quality and consistency.
Main responsibilities: Implement and manage marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C markets.
Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Utilize HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to drive marketing efforts and track performance.
Communicate effectively with the internal team and manage relationships with key external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role with hands-on execution experience.
Strong proficiency and experience with HubSpot or similar marketing CRM tools.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities and ideally some experience in managing or mentoring staff.
A genuine interest in the health industry is highly desirable.
