We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand and expand our market presence.
Full Time Role- 30 to 40 hours per week, pay starts from $32 per hour.
Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will lead a team of professionals, and play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity in the reinforcement sector.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective messaging and branding initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
Content Creation: Lead content development for marketing materials, website, and social media channels to showcase our expertise and offerings.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry may substitute the qualification requirements.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
