About the Role This role is the marketing lead for our everyday (transactional accounts and credit cards) portfolio as well as the lead for our sponsorship portfolio.
Working closely with our brand team and agencies, collaborating across functions and connecting with both internal and external stakeholders, this crucial role centres on delivering to a range of defined brand and communication objectives.
Who are you?
As the Marketing Manager you will drive and implement end-to-end campaign activity across TSB's distribution channels and external media, manage the delivery of marketing projects identifying key touch points whilst supporting the drive and execution of marketing and brand strategies.
You'll use your comprehensive experience, your strong communication skills, knowledge and creativity to support all above and below the line marketing initiatives for the organisation.
As a true Marketing Manager you'll have: 5-10 years' experience working in a senior marketing role with digital responsibility.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related discipline.
Experience within financial services and understanding of the industry would be ideal.
A systematic, one team mindset and the drive for continuous improvement.
A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to make connections.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
To be highly engaging, action-oriented and have a one team approach.
