Our client is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join their team, leading the Sales and Marketing functions across their group of nationwide businesses. This is a newly created role working across Alta Safety, Carus and Bastion Systems, all of which are industry leaders in their field!
This is a varied role, and we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is a self-starter and capable of developing and executing the marketing strategy for these businesses. This role will have you optimising engagement and enquiries through all channels and touchpoints.
To be successful in the role you must be/have:
An experienced Marketing Manager (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field).
Competent in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in line with strategic business objectives.
Analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
A 'Can do' hands-on attitude and a positive, proactive approach to all tasks.
Highly organized with excellent time management.
Experienced with social media marketing.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Experience in Hubspot (essential).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
Coordinating with other team members and external partners to deliver campaigns, marketing collateral, and a consistent brand profile across all channels.
Developing and maintaining the social media profile and content of the brands.
Collaborating effectively with the operational teams to streamline and optimise internal systems and processes impacting client communication and experience.
Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
Developing, managing, and updating all website content and providing monthly Google Analytics reporting.
Developing and executing eDM communications across all brands.
Ensuring all marketing and sales documentation is up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.
Coordinating any functions and events as required.
This is a role that will keep you interested and on the go - no two days will be the same.
