Where making an impact matters.As a Marketing Manager at Kiwibank, you will take ownership of delivering integrated marketing communication programs for your assigned portfolio(s).
This role sits at the heart of our Brand & Marketing team, working closely with your squad, Senior Marketing Manager, and a range of internal and external stakeholders.You'll use your expertise to:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.Drive lead generation and engagement with a focus on digital always-on activity.Work with creative, content, and media agencies to bring campaigns to life.Use data and insights to optimise campaign performance and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).Champion a test-and-learn approach, continuously improving our marketing capability.This is us.
Where your expertise matters.You're an experienced marketer with a passion for creating campaigns that deliver results.
We would love to hear from you if you have:5+ years' experience in integrated marketing, ideally with financial services experienceStrong digital expertise, particularly in data and audience strategiesA proven track record of managing digital always-on programs and integrated campaignsExcellent commercial skills and the ability to deliver effective ROIConfidence in managing multiple stakeholders and presenting to senior leadersSolid project management and agency management experienceYou do not need to tick every box here to be considered!This is us.
