Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships, develop innovative marketing initiatives, and manage channel programs to drive business growth and strengthen CLIENT's market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT marketing, partner ecosystem development, and campaign execution while demonstrating strong strategic planning, financial management, and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:Establish and nurture relationships with business, technology, and channel partners to foster growth and identify new revenue opportunities. Evaluate partnership opportunities, including sponsorships, and lead joint sales strategies with partners such as resellers, software vendors, system integrators, trade associations, and incentive companies.Plan and implement co-marketing initiatives with partners that generate demand and revenue for CLIENT offerings while enhancing customer experience through innovative technology solutions.Monitor and support partners in delivering CLIENT's brand standards and customer experience goals.Manage Marketing Funds effectively by ensuring tracking of fund usage, compliance with program guidelines, and identifying opportunities to maximize investments through strategic initiatives.Oversee the administrative and operational management of marketing fund programs, ensuring accurate claim submissions and payments, targeting a 95% or higher success rate for timely claim clearance.Collaborate with the South Pacific Marketing Team on special projects, event planning, and strategic marketing campaigns.Demonstrate a collaborative team approach, continuously learning and enhancing knowledge in marketing strategies and market execution.Skills & Experience:Proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies to deliver measurable ROI.Ability to exercise independent decision-making in evaluating opportunities and creating successful campaign plans.Proven success in managing marketing programs, meeting key performance metrics, and delivering measurable outcomes.Experience working with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with IT channel/vendor experience preferred.Strong background in partner marketing, IT industry engagement, or channel ecosystems is highly advantageous.What We're Looking For: We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has proven expertise in building partnerships, managing funds, and implementing marketing strategies that align with organizational growth objectives.
