As our Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute strategies to elevate our brand in the skincare and personal care category. Your expertise will drive brand strategy, product launches, and line extensions, and you will play a key role in New Product Development and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to the skincare and personal care market, aligning with company objectives and consumer trends.
Lead cross-functional teams to manage product launches, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Oversee New Product Development (NPD) and line extensions from concept to launch, ensuring all new initiatives support brand values and meet market needs.
Manage and optimize social media channels to build brand presence and engagement, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital platforms.
Stay current with trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in the skincare industry to ensure our brand remains at the forefront.
Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to ensure products align with market demands and reinforce our brand identity.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee brand communications across all channels, maintaining a consistent voice and image.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry partners to promote brand growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing management experience, focusing on the skincare or beauty industry.
Must have a proven track record in New Product Development (NPD) and line extensions, successfully taking products from concept to launch across both e-commerce and physical retail channels within the skincare/personal care market.
Extensive experience in managing social media channels and crafting engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Deep understanding of the skincare industry, including emerging trends, consumer behaviour, and relevant industry regulations.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in market research and consumer insights tools to inform strategic decisions.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing team within a larger, high-paced organization.
Adaptable, highly organized, and willing to take initiative, demonstrating a proactive, "can-do" attitude. No task is too small.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and stakeholders.
Creative mindset, combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
