About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a small high-performing marketing team as they continue to grow awareness, sales, and customer satisfaction across the business. Specifically, this role will:
Lead and nurture a small team as an integral member of the Marketing Leadership team.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business' objectives and target markets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Utilise marketing analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI.
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights for future marketing strategies.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to maximise online visibility and engagement for brand and tactical.
Develop and manage the marketing budget as well as monitor expenditure and ROI.
Key requirements
Tertiary degree in Marketing.
5+ years as a Marketing Manager in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
