Job scope Dress-Smart is a household name synonymous with outlet shopping in NZ with centres located in Auckland and Christchurch. An exciting opportunity has arisen at our management offices at Dress-Smart Onehunga for an experienced Marketing Manager to influence the direction of this much-loved asset in a new phase of its development.
As a proven performer in retail property marketing, this key leadership role within our Centre Management team is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy in line with budget for the Centre via planned campaigns and initiatives aimed at maximising the sales potential of individual retailers and driving foot traffic through the Centre. The role requires someone who is experienced in all facets of marketing including but not limited to; digital and social media marketing, campaign planning and management through to execution, event management, public relations, media relations and effectively managing external agencies to deliver best outcomes.
Eligibility criteria As an experienced marketing leader, you'll be well-versed dealing with numerous work streams effectively and delivering quality outcomes that achieve on ROI. You'll hit the ground running in this busy Centre with your retail / shopping centre background and you'll fit right in with our close-knit, dedicated team at Dress-Smart Onehunga.
