Parental Leave Cover Contract: through to December 2025
About Auxo Software: For over three decades, Auxo has been passionately delivering superior software like?SAM,?Orion,?webSAM, and?Systime?for the Australasian automotive industry. And we've just launched Auxo Workshop – our new world-class SaaS offering!
This is more than just business to us —it's a journey, one we've shared with thousands of loyal customers, some of whom have walked beside us from the very beginning. Our unyielding commitment to quality and service drives us, and has led SAM and Orion to power 50% of workshops and 40% of dealerships in New Zealand. In 2021, we embarked on a new chapter when we were acquired by the?Motor Trade Association (MTA)?– talk about being in good hands!
Our vision is clear: to stand tall as the go-to automotive software supplier in Australasia.
Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven, all-rounder Marketing Manager to cover parental leave. Working in a small team, this pivotal role will create and execute our marketing strategy, with direction from our business plan, driving growth and building brand equity across all our products in New Zealand and Australia.
We're after someone with a background in SaaS marketing, ideally having played a part in scaling up other Kiwi SaaS companies. You'll need a deep understanding of digital marketing and martech (we primarily use HubSpot, WordPress, and Intercom), along with a talent for refining systems and processes as we grow. Experience marketing to Australia is a bonus.
But it's not all about our new product, Auxo Workshop. You'll also be working with our heritage products—longstanding tools that remain central to our customers' success. So, you'll need to be comfortable flexing your skills across both new and established products.
This role offers a blend of strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You're a big-picture thinker who isn't afraid to dive into the details when needed. In our low-hierarchy, close-knit team, adaptability and a practical, get-things-done attitude will see you thrive.
Enjoy our flexible working: you'll spend some days a week at our Penrose office, where free parking awaits like a VIP pass, and you can also spend some days working from home.
