The Marketing Manager will work across both lines of our business in collaboration with our Managing Director and General Manager, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and achieve key business objectives.Key responsibilities:Lead the development of brand campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotion.Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce marketing content and collateral that resonates with target audiences.Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media (Facebook, Instagram), email and content marketing.Oversee website updates and maintenance as well as developing Shimano New Zealand's eCommerce presence and capability.Work closely with the product and sales teams on all in-store marketing activities including in-store promotions, product placements, and POS material.Plan and lead high-priority events in accordance with prescribed budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with our strategy and brand.Provide leadership, support and development for staff, drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive culture.Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaign management and brand development.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Innovative and proactive with a passion for driving brand success.Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional value.Please apply for the role now or contact Ben Ashby at ****** for further information.
