Our Role Our Marketing Manager role is a newly created position within the Nu-Wall group and the scope is endless. This is a blank canvas where you will be responsible for establishing the marketing function and scope. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the plan and all marketing requirements for Nu-Wall where you will drive the strategic direction, shape and influence how we engage with our customers and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on pivotal role where you will be able to really transform our business as we move forward. Responsibilities Identify Nu-Wall's target audience, value proposition and growth opportunities. Define new markets, competitors and industry trends supported by data, market research and input from our customers to build the Nu-Wall story. Formulate and set our strategic marketing plan that aligns with Nu-Wall's overall business objectives. Management and implementation of all aspects of marketing as required – branding, digital, social media, SEO, project management, etc. Management of external agencies if required to ensure delivery of agreed strategy – on time and on budget. Delivery of marketing materials and communications. Writing campaign briefs and liaising with third party suppliers as required. Budget management, including contributing to annual sales targets and revenue planning, providing monthly performance reports to stakeholders. Delivering monthly KPI and end of financial year reporting. Develop digital strategies and monitor and drive results. Manage and develop customer segmentation lifecycle to evolve overall, long term growth and retention strategy. Your Experience Proven experience in senior marketing role, in both B2B and B2C marketing environments. A degree in marketing or business (preferable, not essential). Strategic thinker with the ability to see and understand big picture marketing issues and be able to translate these into achievable recommendations. Exceptional business acumen and commercial judgement with hands-on execution and delivery. Strong analytics and numerical capability including the ability to interpret and report on data utilising technology using tools such as Google Analytics. Proactive outside the box thinking, with a mindset and focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage internal / external stakeholders and third-party providers, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Strong understanding / experience in marketing segmentation with a track record of delivery across platforms. About You Focused on making a difference. Positive, personable, confident and articulate.
