This role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption of our products and resources among veterinarians and their farmer clients. You will ensure that the team is well-equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote our offerings and achieve our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost product uptake among veterinary professionals and farmers, leveraging our industry-leading brands and educational materials.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales team, technical managers, and customers to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of strategies.Drive Business Goals: Take clear accountability for achieving business objectives in a competitive market, utilizing market insights and customer feedback to refine and optimize strategies.Innovate and Adapt: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Five or more years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the agricultural or animal health sectors.Strong understanding of farm animal health products and the veterinary and dairy farming landscape in New Zealand.Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of successful marketing campaign execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor degree in science, animal health, agriculture, business or similar is required.New Zealand residency is required for this role.Why Join Us?This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the farm animal health industry.
