Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join this dynamic team. This role involves driving the development and successful launch of new dairy products into international markets, with occasional involvement in the domestic market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Brand, and Communications, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in product marketing, research, writing, and data analysis. A passion for the food and beverage industry and a proven track record in launching FMCG products internationally are essential. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to help bring new products to international markets. Develop and execute launch plans and sales presentations for new dairy products. Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer trends and competitive landscapes. Develop compelling trade activations for supermarket chains and retail partners to secure product listings. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches and drive consumer awareness. Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values teamwork above all. Collaborate internally with NPD, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launches. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the FMCG dairy industry. Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills. A "can-do" attitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behaviour in export FMCG markets. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Or a diploma in marketing or suitable experience in lieu of a degree would also be considered.
