Experience is a must!Key ResponsibilitiesManage Marketing Budgets: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets across all platforms to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaigns.Brand Development: Lead brand development initiatives to enhance brand recognition and positioning in the sustainable energy space.Creative Experience: Use your expertise in digital, photo, and video production to create compelling and innovative content that aligns with brand messaging.Google Ads/SEO Management: Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns that engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and generate leads.Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, emails, social media, and marketing collateral.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications a must.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the sustainable energy or related trade sectors.Strong background in managing marketing budgets and developing brand strategies.Proficiency in creative content production, including digital, photo, and video.Expertise in Google Ads and SEO, with a track record of successful campaigns.Hands-on experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms.Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance.Excellent communication and project management skills.Must have valid NZ working rights for this role.
