Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Your role will be crucial in shaping our marketing efforts and ensuring that our message resonates in the competitive kitchen and cabinet market.
It is a full time role- 30 to 40 hours per week.
Pay Starts from $32 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company's objectives and growth targets.
Campaign Management: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Brand Development: Maintain and enhance our brand image through innovative marketing strategies and consistent messaging.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging content, including blog posts, brochures, and promotional materials.
Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, influencers, and industry partners.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the home improvement or interior design industry would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creating compelling content.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
