Marketing Manager (Bilingual Preferred: Korean or Chinese)

This is a unique opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in both online and offline strategies, particularly within the B2B sector. Bilingual skills in Korean or Chinese are highly preferred to support our diverse client base.
Role Overview:
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing digital campaigns, creating marketing materials, and developing brand strategies across various platforms. Proficiency in Korean or Chinese will be an advantage, as it will enable effective communication with our international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing campaigns. Contribute to setting the promotional rhythm and identifying marketing trends and opportunities.
Bilingual Communication: Support the translation of marketing materials and communications as needed, ensuring clear and effective messaging across different audiences. Proficiency in Korean or Chinese is highly preferred.
Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance our brand identity across all visual and written materials, ensuring consistency with our overall brand strategy.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
Graphic Design: Design and produce marketing materials including social media posts, EDMs, website content, paid ads, print, and packaging that meet marketing campaign objectives. Your keen eye for detail and proficiency in design software will be vital in creating visually impactful materials.
Email & SMS Marketing: Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive customer engagement and conversion. Manage automated email workflows to maximize customer retention and sales.
Paid Ads: Collaborate with the media buying team to produce high-quality marketing materials. Assist in media campaign planning and management. Develop media buying skills through provided training.
PR & Influencer Marketing: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators to create strong partnerships that enhance brand reach and credibility.
Studio Assistance & Product Knowledge: Assist with stock handling, order dispatching, returns, and customer service. Dive deep into our product offerings, branding, values, and customer base to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on both online and offline strategies. Experience in the IT industry or working with international partners is a strong advantage.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Korean or Chinese is highly preferred, with experience in translating marketing materials and conducting business communications.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Analytics, and other marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Dynamics 365. Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
Creative and Analytical: Ability to develop creative marketing concepts while also being data-driven in optimizing campaign performance.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment where flexibility and multitasking are essential.
Cultural Fit: A passion for understanding and engaging with diverse markets, including an interest in the latest trends in marketing, fashion, and pop culture.
