Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in a marketing management role, with a strong background in overseeing multiple brands and international markets.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make informed decisions based on market data and insights.
Experience in managing relationships and performance with both internal team members and external agencies or supply partners.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
Tasks & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for our multi-brand international portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Provide guidance and support to help team members achieve their goals.
Presentation & Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and communicate strategic plans effectively to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Creative Problem-Solving: Approach business challenges with creativity and strategic thinking, developing solutions that enhance brand positioning and drive growth.
Commercial Decision-Making: Utilize strong commercial reasoning to make informed, data-driven decisions that balance strategic vision with practical business considerations.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and supply partners. Ensure effective collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives and performance.
Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, internal team members, and external partners. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for marketing activities.
